Unfortunately I don't have the specific error message from the client side, but there is a poorly written error message when a student/employee ID being searched for in AlphaCard printing software hasn't been loaded to the IDCard2020 database. It's some kind of "Connection Error," but doesn't always have to do with the client software's connection to the network or database.

If a student has not yet registered for a class, this error may appear. Student Services had been trying to print cards and do everything all at once when new students had their in-person appointments, but if a student has only Admitted/Enrolled, but has not yet Registered for a class, they will not appear in the IDCard2020 database yet.
