Step 1: Open the Zoom Application and choose the SSO Sign in with SSO option
Step 2: Enter your company domain - NWFSC and click Continue
This will open an internet window with a pop-up, select Open Zoom Meetings
Step 3: Open Start with Video button (it’s orange and on the left).
Step 4: Click the button in the center of the screen (Join Audio Conference by Computer).
Step 5: Click the Invite button near the bottom and then Default Email.
Step 6: Enter the guest email address into the TO: box and click SEND.
Wait for your guest to receive the email. They will open the email and click on the hyperlink to the right of the statement Join from PC, Mac.
