You have been added to the production Cognos report users group. Please use the COGNOS PROD link below and enter your network name and password to log in.

Please take a few minutes to review the information about the Cognos reporting tool and the Banner ODS (Operational Data Store) here:

To log in to Cognos, please use your network id and password at the following URL:

http://ps-cg.nwfsc.edu/ibmcognos/

-Once you’ve logged in, click the My Home link (if you choose, you can uncheck the box that says “Show this page in the future”); this will take you to the Public Folders and My Folders tabs.

-Click the NWFSC ODS Reports folder

-Click the Student folder to see existing Cognos reports for your area; you can use the drop-down arrow next to the Home icon to set this as your home page:

-PLEASE NOTE that there is a Nursing Folder, but there don’t appear to be any existing reports there

-Click on a report title to run a report; you may need to enter parameters depending on the report

To copy reports into your My Folders for easy access, check the box to the left of a report title and click the Copy icon:

near the top right; click the My Folders tab and use the Paste icon:

near the top right to save a copy of the report to your My Folders.
