Once logged in to Workflow click the "New Case" on the left-hand side of the page (Fig 1- #1). This will show all of the existing Workflow case types that your account can start. Next, double click the name of the workflow you would like to begin (Fig1-#2). This will open up a new case in that workflow.
Note: Depending on the amount of Banner information that Workflow is gathering to begin your particular requested case type, it may take up to 10 seconds for your case to appear once you have attempted to start it.
