Here are the instructions on how to change your voicemail pin:
- Press the voicemail button on your phone
- NOTE - If it asks for your ID, it is your extension number: then press the # key
- Key in your voicemail pin: 091806 then press the # key
- (It will say - your voicemail pin has expired and to change it to your own 6 digit pin)
- Follow the prompts on changing your pin
- (When updating your pin, please note: it must be 6 digits, contain no repeating numbers, and no sequential numbers)
