**Here is a premade response for if a user password has expired. Feel free to use this and make any changes to the response as needed. This response is ONLY for if their password is expired.**


Hi Username,

your account shows that your password has expired. Resetting your password will fix your login issue. I will leave instructions below on how to update your password. If you have any issues, then give our IT Helpdesk a call at 8507295396 and reference ticket #(…).

 

Select Forgot Password on the Secure Access Login page:

On the Portal Login, select Set Password:

When the prompt asks you to provide a password, please use your last known password. Afterward, it should ask you to create a new password, sometimes it will just skip the provide a current password and allow you to create a password right away. You should be seeing something similar to what I have below.
