1. In the Windows search bar type "Registry Editor" 
  2. Run it as an administrator
  3. Got to the following registry key
  4. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Cryptography\Protect\Providers\df9d8cd0-1501-11d1-8c7a-00c04fc297eb
  6. In a blank space right click
  7. New>DWORD (32-bit) Value
  8. Name the new value "ProtectionPolicy" (one word)
  10. Set value to "1"
  12. Restart computer to apply changes
  13. Sign into any Office 365 app
