                Standard instructions for scanner driver upgrades

Can be done in person and Remotely

First open file explorer and open helix with \\helix\

Open drivers then scanners

Find the scanner you’ve installed (Typically DRC215 DRC225 and DRC225ii) and open the folder.

Click the Setup application then Custom installation. Make sure Capture and the drivers are the only thing checked.

Continue with the wizard and making sure the capture application wizard starts after the driver install.

Continue with the wizard and make sure the scanner can be seen in printers and scanner as well as making sure that the end use can successfully operate their scanner
